Joan Malone : IF THE DEVIL DOESN'T LIKE IT HE CAN SIT ON A TACK!...

Joan Malone : IF THE DEVIL DOESN'T LIKE IT HE CAN SIT ON A TACK!...: IF THE DEVIL DOESN'T LIKE IT HE CAN SIT ON A TACK!!! That's a song my kids and I use to sing when things were tough! And I am...

IF THE DEVIL DOESN'T LIKE IT HE CAN SIT ON A TACK!!!

IF THE DEVIL DOESN'T LIKE IT HE CAN SIT ON A TACK!!!

That's a song my kids and I use to sing when things were tough! And I am singing it today!

(The following content are exerts from my book, Sensational Living after 60. You can order it on google.com/books.)

The devil does not like the idea of us, over 60, living a sensational life! He does not like the idea of us living a exciting and sensational life from here to eternity! He wants us to retire and sit down in a chair! He does not want us to be a greater blessing to our family. He wants us to become a sickly, complaining, self-centered, pitiful person. One who is old in spirit and having lost the zest for living.

JESUS CHRIST in you and I is the hope of glory, the hope of our sensational life. The Word of God says, HE came to give us an abundant LIFE, full of glory! He wants us to live in hope, faith and love. Adding years gracefully and gratefully while remaining young in spirit, having a positive attitude and maintaining the zest for living!

I heard a preacher say, "You can always tell the POWER of a TRUTH by how much opposition the devil levels against it!" So if you are experiencing opposition, say with me, devil if you don't like it you can sit on a tack!!! and.......stay!!!

Be encouraged today. Tell the devil where to go. And continue your journey!

Blessings,
Joan

I AM COMING SOON!

In my book, Sensational Living after 60, I end with a poem written by my daughter, Tiffany. The title of the poem is, "Look up! Redemption Draws Near". She was very young when she wrote it, yet it holds such deep beautiful truth.

I wanted to share with you a portion of it today.

"Put down the things of least importance,
Keep My Word in your hearts and minds.
All the glories from above
in heaven you will find.

You people listen good.
tune your ears to My tone.
I am your Lord, and I am coming soon-
Coming to take you home."

I thought it was interesting the words she highlighted in the poem: find, listen, home.

The Bible says, Seek and you will find.
Do not merely listen to My word, do what it says.
Earth is our temporary residence, Heaven is our home!

Jesus is coming soon!!! To take us home!!! Let's put down the things of least importance!!!

Enjoy your journey!
Blessings,
Joan
